Licensed artist Kay Smith, based out of Big Spring, Texas, has been painting, teaching, and exhibiting for over 30 years.

Her calling is also featured in Art Establishment Word, Cortege 2005 and in Tom Lynch's Watercolor Deliver Secrets, 2008.

After minority oil lessons she painted in pastel and colored pencil. Taxing watercolor was an good endeavor in 1993 with her first Ken Hosmer workshop. With this ever changing middle she found her nook. Fundamentally self taught, she keeps abreast of changing trends in color, contrive, and participant thing by winning or giving watercolor workshops.

Lipstick has been around for 5,000 years and it is one cosmetic that will never go out of design.
