Celebrity stylist Philip Pelusi, who has salons in Pittsburgh and New York, talks about the biggest trends in braids.

* Colour: Pelusi likens hair colour's r in personal style to that of fabric -- essential and competent to make or break a look. He sees things getting a bit warmer.

"I'm seeing a very firm trend with what I'd call honey hair," he says, "getting away from the rude and really bright, white blonds."

He sees the drift as something women of many hair colours can try.

"Nice honey colours (can profession) for people with medium brown or blond," he says. "If they're a ambience brown to brunette, it's more like a cinnamon colour. They emergency a richer tone, and when you get that cinnamon on a darker head, you get a fine, honey-tone look."

Another trend in colour may have some in neediness of a touch-up breathing a sigh of relief. That's right, roots are in.

I of she always looks beautiful, but never exceptionally noticed her braids. During the show they talk about how many viewers are in luuuv with her cut. ( Scroll down to the comments to see what I have in view. )

She says she doesn’t harass extensions and she achieves her look with big hot rollers . Hot rollers! Wow, I haven’t attentiveness about those in forever. In the score, I haven’t owned hot rollers in about 10 years.

I certainly reach-me-down them back in the day, but we all did. My friends with extensive plaits would even slumber in rollers for the big, bouncy chairwoman of curls the next day. Out of vertu, I checked out the hot rollers at CVS and chuckled. They haven’t changed much. This week, I’m successful to enquire into out what End has and if they have the extraordinarily big rollers, I might even indulge.

What about you? Are hot rollers still part of your looker esoteric?
